Free Fire Redeem Code Help & FAQ

How redeem codes work, why they expire, how coins convert to diamonds, how long a redemption takes, and why every code generator is a scam.

How do I earn coins?

Complete advertiser offers — play a game to a milestone, finish a survey, or try an app. Coins credit once the advertiser confirms your action, usually within 24 hours. You also earn from the daily check-in, the 8-hour spin wheel, and one-time missions.

What can I redeem my coins for?

Free Fire diamond top-ups to your public Player ID, Google Play gift codes, and Free Fire weekly membership. The coin cost of each reward is shown right on the Rewards page — you always know the price before you redeem.

How soon can I redeem after signing up?

On your fifth active day — an active day being any day you earn at least one coin. It applies to every account and every reward, with no exceptions and no way to buy past it. The wait is what keeps bots and throwaway accounts from draining the reward pool that real players are queuing for. Your coins keep stacking up in the meantime, so nothing you earn before day five is wasted.

Is there a limit on how many coins I can earn in a day?

Free play — the spin wheel, the daily check-in, daily tasks, missions and the welcome bonus — pays up to 400 coins a day, and your remaining allowance is shown on the Today card and above the wheel before you spin. Advertiser offers and surveys are not capped: those pay in full, however many you complete, because the advertiser has actually paid for them.

Is the spin wheel rigged?

No, and you do not have to take our word for it: tap "Show the odds" under the wheel and you will see the exact probability of every slice. Those are the numbers our server rolls. The wheel is decided server-side, so nothing in your browser can change the outcome — and neither can we, once it is drawn.

Can I earn coins by viewing ads?

Only through Watch & Earn, which uses Google’s official rewarded-video format — the one format built for this, where the reward is stated before the video starts and Google’s own servers confirm you finished it. It is always your choice, and it is capped each day. Everywhere else the answer is no: we never pay for clicking an ad, and no reward is gated behind an ad or a countdown.

Is it safe to give my Free Fire Player ID?

Yes. Your Player ID is public information and grants nobody access to your account. We will never ask for your password, your email login, or a one-time passcode. Any site that does is trying to steal your account.

How long does a redemption take?

Rewards backed by code inventory, such as Google Play codes, deliver instantly to your Wallet. Diamond top-ups are fulfilled by hand within 24 to 48 hours. Either way you receive a reference ID immediately.

What happens if the code inventory is empty?

Your redemption is reserved with a reference ID and marked pending, and your coins are deducted as normal. An operator fulfils it within 24 hours. We never generate or fabricate a code — every code you receive was purchased and loaded into inventory.

Why was my offer rejected?

Advertisers reject completions that break their rules: an existing account when new users are required, a VPN or emulator, or an incomplete milestone. Read the requirements on each offer before you start. Rejected offers cost you nothing.

Is Superhappen affiliated with Garena or Free Fire?

No. Superhappen is an independent rewards platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena International. "Free Fire" is a trademark of Garena International, used here only to describe the top-up we deliver.
